Welcome to Dico Society. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the platform, website, and applications operated by PT. Dico Digital Solusi. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Service" means the Dico Society platform, including dicosociety.com, the iuran.dicosociety.com application, and related features.
• "User" means any party who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Administrator" means a user acting on behalf of an RT, RW, or community.
• "Content" means data, text, images, or other information uploaded through the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for activities that violate Indonesian law.
• Upload content that infringes on others\u2019 rights, is defamatory, or offensive.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the system.
• Misuse resident or community member data entrusted to you.
• Perform automated scraping or access the Service through unauthorized means.

4. Payments and Donations

The basic Dico Society service for small communities is provided free of charge. Donations made through our platform are voluntary and non-refundable. Dues payment transactions between administrators and community members are facilitated by third-party payment providers and subject to their respective terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content created by PT. Dico Digital Solusi are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute such materials without written permission. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is" without explicit or implicit warranty. We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee the Service will be free from disruption, error, or downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PT. Dico Digital Solusi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that arise will first be resolved through negotiation. Failing that, disputes will be settled at the competent courts in Kabupaten Bogor, Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
